Refund policy

Validity Period: Items can be exchanged or returned within 7 to 10 days of delivery.
Condition of Item: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact.
Non-Exchangeable Items: Clearly state that Stitched/Customized orders or Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
